3. Non-Refundable Payments

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your account is debited more than once for the same transaction, or if your account is debited but the transaction is not successfully completed, please contact us with the transaction details. After verification, any eligible amount will be processed for refund as applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction. After a refund is raised, it will normally be completed within 6 to 7 working days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer.

6. Cancellation
